Imagine a race where endurance, nature and adventure merge in an epic challenge: the Montsant 360 Trail Endurance. This sporting event, held in the impressive Montsant area in Tarragona, is an ode to the mountain and the human spirit.<\/p>\n

With two modes, participants can choose between the route of 72 kilometers with a positive gradient of 3300 meters<\/strong>, designed for the bravest and most experienced mountain runners, or the of 42 kilometers with 2000 meters of positive gradient<\/strong>, perfect for those looking for an equally challenging but more accessible test.<\/p>\n

Both races are semi-self-sufficient, meaning runners must bring their own equipment and supplies, although they will have strategically placed refreshment points to replenish their energy. The absence of signage on the trail adds an element of orientation and self-sufficiency, as runners must be guided by GPS to run through winding terrain.<\/p>\n

This event not only tests physical endurance, but also the ability of the runners to adapt and overcome the natural obstacles that the mountain offers.<\/p>\n

And since the best experiences are those that are shared, participation<\/strong> in the Montsant360 Trail Endurance will be in teams of two!<\/strong><\/p>\n
